Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your data from the CodeStrux Tech App.

This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data held by the CodeStrux Tech App, operated by CodeStrux Tech. It is referenced from our Privacy Policy and satisfies the data-deletion requirement of the Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform.
The CodeStrux Tech App is a tool that businesses use to message their customers over WhatsApp. Depending on who you are, your request is handled slightly differently — the steps below cover every case.
What data we hold
Through the platform we may hold: your phone number and the content of WhatsApp messages exchanged with a business; consent and opt-in records (timestamp, source, channel, legal basis); and, for business agents, account details such as name, email, and role. We describe these categories in full in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to privacy@codestrux.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the details below. If you can, send it from the email address associated with your account.

Tell us who you are: the WhatsApp phone number involved (in full international format, e.g. +506 0000 0000), and — if you are a business agent — your account email.
State what you want deleted: all of your data, or specific conversations or records.
We will verify your identity to protect your data before acting on the request.
We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
If you are a customer of a business that uses the CodeStrux Tech App
The business you messaged is the controller of your conversation data; the CodeStrux Tech App processes it on that business’s behalf. You can ask that business directly to delete your data, or email us at privacy@codestrux.tech and we will route your request to the relevant business and assist with the deletion.
Stop messages and withdraw WhatsApp opt-in
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from a business, reply to its chat asking to opt out (for example, “STOP”). The business must honor opt-out requests. Withdrawing opt-in stops future messages; to also delete the data already held, follow the deletion steps above.
For businesses operating a workspace
If you operate a CodeStrux Tech App workspace, you can delete a customer’s conversation and consent records from the console, and you can instruct us to delete data we process on your behalf — including, where applicable, requesting deletion from the WhatsApp Business Platform. Contact support@codestrux.tech for bulk or workspace-level deletion.
Timeline and what we retain
We action verified deletion requests without undue delay and within 30 days. We propagate deletions to the sub-processors that hold the data on our behalf. We may retain limited information where the law requires it (for example, records needed to comply with a legal obligation), and we will tell you if that applies to your request.
